Clean, safe & easy to use - no training needed Temperature to resistance –50 °C to 200°c. - use in many application areas Pressure rated to 11 BAR - use in repairs of high pressure areas Uncured it is soft and pliable - easily moulded to repair area contour Cures by daylight, or faster with UV lamp - easy to use Instructions 1. Clean off surface with brush brush/cloth/de-greaser. Surface must be dry, free from dust, oil or grease 2. Cut to shape UV patch is easily cut with scissors or a craft knife. 3. Peel off backing and press firmly into place. The adhesive bonds powerfully to virtually any clean dry surface. Mould it to repair contours and apply firm pressure to secure good bound. 4. If a finished coat is to be applied remove the clear nylon film. This will provide a matt finish on curing to provide a better key for coating. 5. UV patch will harden to a permanent cure through exposure to natural light, but to speed up the process or to cure in an area of no natural light use of a UV lamp (KENT part number 83589) is recommended. 6. When cured, UV Patch can be drilled/sanded or painted following removal of clear nylon film.
