Lens colors and applications:
Gray:
The original Hobie® Polarized lens, Hobie®Grey uses a powerful blend of gray and smoke to create a versatile tint that works for any outdoor activity. Perfect for a relaxing ride along the coast or a trip to deep sea fishing. Hobie® Grey lenses are recommended for everyday use in moderate to bright conditions where minimal contrast enhancement is needed. Hobie®Grey lenses provide natural color perception for a soothing visual experience.
Copper:
Hobie® Copper Polarized lenses enhance color contrast to provide sharper vision and extremely high resolution. Hobie® Copper is recommended for everyday use in bright and cloudy conditions and provides enhanced color perception, creating the perfect sunglasses for activities like freshwater fishing, sailing and driving.
Green Mirrored:
Provides enhanced color contrast and glare reduction while brightening shaded areas. Recommended for everyday use, but especially useful for conditions with varying light levels and cloudy days. Comes with a copper lens tint.
Cobalt Blue:
Suppresses blue light to protect your eyes, for example, when deep-sea fishing. Recommended for extremely bright light conditions. Available in a gray base lens tint.
Sightmaster:
Specifically designed for sight fishing. Sightmaster lenses allow you to see the contrast between fish and bottom (structure) below the water surface. Recommended for cloudy and darker conditions [not recommended for driving].
